Is the wine from the left or right bank? Is it Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon or Cabernet Franc dominant? These are questions we ask in tasting Bordeaux. In this seminar, we will taste through some incredible wines and discuss the different appellations of Bordeaux and how to distinguish them. Robin Stark is President of Starkland Cellars. She is also the Maitre, Commanderie de Bordeaux and Member, Chevalier du Tastevin. Please note that parking is limited near this venue so please carpool, ride share or give yourself extra time to find a space.
