To submit an application, fill out the form below and click "Submit".  Dues are $100 paid annually and entitle the individual to membership for the calendar year.  Dues will not be prorated and are due no later than the first meeting in February.

In order  to remain in good standing  members must attend a minimum of 3 seminars per year and participate in at least one committee contributing a minimum of 5 service hours per year.
