Fabiola de la Fuente, Owner of Salto de Fe will take us through a tasting of her music and positive affirmations pampered wines. Salto de Fe is woman-led, with Fabiola as the Owner and 2 female winemakers, Laura Zamora and Fernanda Parra.
Fabiola de la Fuente has been traveling, eating, enjoying wines and writing about it for the last 25 years. As a food critic and wine reviewer, she has been published in a variety of magazines and newspapers. Last year, she founded Borderwine magazine, an English-speaking publication to promote wine and food life in Baja California. She has produced wine since 2014, along with her project Salto de Fe, where they experiment with music and positive words in wine. She moved to Ensenada 3 years ago, to get involved with the wine production in all its stages, as well as developing new labels and blends for the winery.
Cork + Stem is a freshly opened Wine Bar & Flower Shop in Hillcrest (previously Record Family Wines) owned by Entrepreneur, Jenna Martin, serving locally sourced and beyond wine selections, charcuterie, and flatbreads + create your own bouquet.
Street parking available (paid and free) - Ralphs and Trader Joe's parking lot is also a block away
Cork + Stem will be open until 6pm, so feel free to enjoy a glass of wine with your favorite ladies and grab a bouquet to take home.
