Joy holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership, a Diploma in Life Coaching and is a Mental Health Advocate providing Mental Health First Aid Response and Training in addition to a Suicide Prevention Awareness Training. She is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, DISC Trainer and Consultant. Joy has successfully combined over 28 years in both public and private sector Human Resources, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Training, Corporate Facilitation skills, and Public Speaking with her life’s purpose of to help others, help themselves.
She is a wife of 25 years and although she truly enjoys the empty nest life, if she is not working, at church, or serving in ministry roles, she spends most of her time with her two adult children, family and friends for game nights, and beachfront bon fires.
